Visitor Rules of the Škoda Auto & Trade Union KOVO Music Festival

This visitor policy applies to all participants of the Škoda Auto & KOVO Union Music Festival (hereinafter referred to as "Music Festival") taking place on May 10, 2025, at the Škoda Auto premises in Mladá Boleslav.

ENTRY TO THE EVENT WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY WITH VALID REGISTRATION.

Event Organizer:

The organizer of the festival is Škoda Auto a.s., with registered offices at tř. Václava Klementa 869, 293 01 Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic, company ID 00177041, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, insert 332 (hereinafter referred to as "the organizer").

Important Information

First aid during the Music Festival is provided at medical zones located within the festival premises (area D7).

In case of life-threatening conditions, always call emergency number 155.

In the event of fire, technical accident, or any other emergency, organizers and festival visitors must follow the instructions given by the organizer/company personnel/emergency services/security agency. These instructions can be communicated personally or via public announcement systems.

Gates 11 and 13 are exclusively designated for entry into and exit from the Music Festival area.

We recommend all visitors to plan their arrival at the premises sufficiently in advance due to the time needed for necessary identification, authentication, authorization, and security checks prior to entering the festival area.

Basic Rules for Entry and Behavior on the Premises

  • Visitors entering the premises commit to respecting the festival's visitor and fire safety regulations.

  • Visitors are required to follow the instructions and directives given by the organizer, company personnel, security agencies, and emergency services.

  • Entry into the festival site during the Music Festival is permitted only to properly registered visitors with a valid wristband (issued at the entrance). Visitors without a valid wristband will not be admitted.

  • Entry will be denied to persons without proper registration and persons without valid identification documents.

  • Entry is only allowed into designated areas of the festival premises.

  • Entry is permitted to persons over 12 years old only.

  • Children under the age of 15 are permitted entry only when accompanied by a person older than 18 years. This accompanying person is responsible for the child at all times. Every individual, including children, must present a valid ticket upon entering the premises.

  • Security checks, including luggage inspection, will be conducted at the entrance. Refusal will result in denial of entry.

  • Forging tickets or wristbands is punishable by law.

  • Any damaged ticket (including wristbands) becomes invalid. Damaged tickets are not exchangeable on-site. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Visitors enter the premises at their own risk. Injuries and damages must be immediately reported to the event organizer.

  • The festival area is divided into 4 separate sectors, each with a defined maximum capacity. Spots within individual sectors are not reserved. Leaving a sector may result in denied re-entry due to capacity reasons.

  • No animals are allowed on the premises.

  • No entry allowed for persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • The premises are monitored by a camera system.

  • By entering the event, visitors agree to be photographed and/or audio-visually recorded. The organizer can use these photographs and audio-visual recordings free of charge for promotional, marketing, and related purposes.   • Private security personnel can be identified by uniforms labeled "Security" on their backs.

  • Please consider hearing protection for children (earplugs recommended). Production includes strobe effects, which might cause discomfort to sensitive individuals.

  • The organizer is not liable for items left unattended. For storage purposes, please use designated lockers.

  • Employee vehicles parked during the festival do not fall under the responsibility for damages as they would during regular commuting.

  • All designated parking areas for festival visitors must be vacated no later than Sunday, May 11, 2025, by 05:00 AM. Vehicles not removed will be towed at the owner's expense.

  • Lost and Found: Found items can be handed over at the official Info Point, where a handover protocol will be recorded. This point also serves as the central location for retrieving lost and found items.

  • In case of a lost child, parents should contact the medical zones within the festival area.

  • Rules for bus transport from the airport (if selected): Boarding buses is subject to security checks. A second security check is performed upon arrival before entering the premises. Only checked and identified persons may board. Bus trips are supervised by security personnel and follow predefined routes.

  • In case of transport by own car, please respect your choice of parking area (within the registration process).

Prohibited Items and Activities

  • Alcohol, drugs, toxic, narcotic, and psychotropic substances.

  • Glass containers, cans, sprays, and plastic bottles.

  • Weapons of any kind (firearms, cutting, stabbing), flammable substances, explosives, pyrotechnics, and other hazardous items.

  • Professional photographic, audio, and video equipment without valid accreditation.

  • Telescopic poles and metal sticks without verifiable medical reasons.

  • Flying objects – drones, frisbees, balls, etc.

  • Objects posing safety risks (laser pointers, sharp tools).

  • Climbing on structures, fences, stages, and other equipment.

  • Throwing beverage cups.

  • Personal food and beverages (except for diabetics or other verifiable medical reasons).

  • Oversized luggage (larger than A4), bicycles, scooters, and other transport devices.

  • Umbrellas, parasols, selfie sticks, chairs, etc.

  • Any unlawful conduct or actions contrary to Škoda Auto’s interests will not be tolerated.

Participant Responsibilities

  • Follow instructions from organizers, security personnel, company employees, police, firefighters, and emergency services.

  • Behave in a way that does not threaten the safety, health, or property of others, nor restrict or endanger other visitors.

  • Comply with fire safety and security measures.

  • Maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste into designated bins.

  • Respect fencing and warning signs – do not enter prohibited zones.

  • Immediately inform organizers of emergencies.

  • In case of fire, follow local alarm procedures and instructions from emergency services. Present carried items upon request for inspection.

  • Respect safety signage, prohibitions, and warnings.

  • Move only along designated and marked pathways, using only designated entrances and exits.

  • Prohibited items and oversized luggage (larger than A4) must be deposited into designated lockers before security checks at the entrance.

Fire Safety

  • Open fire handling is strictly prohibited.

  • Lighting fires and handling pyrotechnics is prohibited throughout the premises and adjacent areas.

  • In case of fire, follow fire alarm directives and immediately contact the nearest organizational team member or security service.
