1. Event Organizer
Škoda Auto a.s., registered office at tř. Václava Klementa 869, Mladá Boleslav II, 293 01 Mladá Boleslav, ID 00177041, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 332 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), organizes this festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Festival"), the terms of which are governed by Visitor Rules.
2. Date of the Event
The event will take place on May 10, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event Date").
3. Personal Data Processing Information
The Organizer, as a personal data controller under General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), hereby provides you with information on personal data processing and your related rights.
Purpose of Processing:
Organization of business meetings and other Škoda Auto events – specifically managing access for event participants.
Legal Basis for Processing: Processing is based on the performance of a contract (Visitor Rules).
Categories of Personal Data: Identification data, Contact information, Data on family and other related persons.
Processing Period: Your personal data will be processed for 4 months after the event ends (until August 31, 2025).
Categories of Processors or Recipients to whom Personal Data May Be Provided: Agencies ensuring operational activities. Your personal data may be disclosed upon request to public authorities, especially courts, the Police of the Czech Republic, and other law enforcement bodies within the extent necessary and legally permitted.
Source of Personal Data: Personal data is obtained directly from you.
Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries or Multinational Companies: Within the stated processing, your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or multinational companies.
Automated Decision-Making Based on Personal Data: Such decision-making does not occur in this processing.
Other Information: Personal data may be archived in the public interest and used for scientific, historical, or statistical research purposes. In justified cases, personal data may be processed to handle legal matters, fulfill obligations towards public authorities, and monitor and continuously evaluate legal risks.
